The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) which declared the Class 12 supplementary results on Monday, August 1, will now provide the students with the option of obtaining photocopies of answer copies, verify marks scored in CBSE supplementary result and re-evaluate answers.

While application for CBSE result 2023 verification of marks can be from August 3 to 4, the registration dates for obtaining photocopies is August 9. The CBSE 12th result revaluation application, can however, be done on August 14. The application process will be online.

While the application fee for CBSE result 2023 Class 12 result verification of marks is Rs 500 per subject, it is Rs 700 per answer book for obtaining photocopies of evaluated answer books and Rs 100 per question for re-evaluation.

Only those students who apply for CBSE result verification of marks online are eligible to apply for obtaining photocopies of answer books in those subjects, CBSE in a statement said.

Only a single application for each step per candidate will be accepted in the online process, CBSE while announcing the verification, revaluation details said.

The board further added that decrease of even one mark will be affected and CBSE Class 12 result of revaluation will be final and no appeal or review against the re-evaluation would be entertained.

In cases, CBSE added, where there is a change in marks – both increase or decrease, such candidates will have to first surrender the marksheet cum certificate which is in their possession.
