The application process for the recruitment to the posts has started today, June 20. Both unmarried men and unmarried women are eligible to apply for the posts. The age of the candidate should be between 20 to 27 years as on 1st April 2024. Candidates born between 02 April 1997 and 01 April 2004, both days inclusive.

Indian Army SSC Recruitment 2023 educational qualification 

Candidates who have passed requisite engineering degree course or are in final year of engineering degree course are eligible to apply. Candidates studying in final year of engineering degree course must submit proof of passing engineering degree examination along with mark sheets of all semesters/years by 01 April 2024 and engineering degree certificate within 12 weeks from the date of commencement of training of officers To be presented at Training Academy (OTA), Chennai, Tamil Nadu

•  Applications will be accepted only online on the website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.
• Click on ‘Officer Entry Application/Login’ and then click on ‘Registration’ (Registration not required, if already registered on www.joinindianarmy.nic.in).
•  Fill the Online Registration Form after reading the instructions carefully.
•  Once registered, click on ‘Apply Online’ under the Dashboard.
•  A page ‘Officer Selection – ‘Eligibility’ will open. Then click on ‘Apply’ appearing in front of Short Service Commission Technical Course.
•  A page ‘Application Form’ will open. Read the instructions carefully and click on ‘Continue’ to fill in the required details under various sections – Personal Information, Communication Details, Education Details and Previous SSB Details.
•  ‘Save’ and ‘Continue’ each time before going to the next section. After filling the details on the last section, you will be taken to the ‘Summary of Your Information’ page wherein you can check and edit the entries already made.
•  Click on ‘Submit’ only after ensuring the correctness of all your details. Candidates have to click on ‘Submit’ every time the application is opened to edit any details.
•  Candidates will be required to bring out duplicate copies of their applications bearing roll numbers 30 minutes after the final closing of online applications on the last day.
